Khanfar EIBI Converter

This tool converts an EIBI shortwave broadcast schedule (CSV file) into the eibi.bin database used by the KhanfarRX PortaPack app. Everything runs inside this page - no install, no internet needed for the conversion.

How to use (new users)

1. Download the newest EIBI schedule from eibispace.de - get the CSV file, for example sked-a26.csv (A26 season).
2. Click Choose file below and select that CSV.
3. Click Convert. The tool creates eibi.bin and downloads it.
4. Copy eibi.bin to the SD card of your PortaPack, inside a folder named EIBI (full path: /EIBI/eibi.bin).
5. On the PortaPack: Receive → KhanfarRX → frequency field → KhanfarHF → EIBI, pick a band, pick a station - done.

Important: EIBI times are UTC. Set the PortaPack clock to UTC (Settings) or the "on air now" list will not match what you hear.
